Mr. Tran Huy Tuan, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee, presented flowers to congratulate the Provincial Political School.

Speaking at the celebration with the staff and lecturers of the Provincial Political School, Mr. Tran Huy Tuan warmly congratulated the school on its achievements. He expressed his hope that in the future, the Provincial Political School would continue to align closely with the province's political tasks to develop training plans.

He emphasized the need for ongoing innovation in the curriculum, content, and teaching methods, especially given the rapid technological advancements and the ongoing 4.0 revolution. The school should be flexible in executing its tasks, particularly in adapting training programs to create the most favorable conditions for both teachers and students.

Mr. Tuân also highlighted the importance of the teaching staff continuing to study, practice, and enhance their political and theoretical knowledge in conjunction with real-world applications. He urged the school to facilitate student engagement and increase discussion content in the educational program. Additionally, he noted the importance of the school’s efforts to meet the criteria for achieving Level 2 standards in political school development.

With deep gratitude, Mr. Tran Huy Tuan expressed his appreciation to all leaders, managers, teachers, and individuals working in the education sector of Yen Bai province. He hoped that the entire education sector would continue to effectively implement the resolutions and development projects for education and training during the period 2021 - 2025. Focus should be placed on the specific implementation and resolution of difficulties in executing the 2018 General Education Program. Alongside continuing to recruit teachers according to the assigned quotas, there is a need to arrange and allocate teachers reasonably among lowland and highland areas, between schools, and across subjects. The ongoing digital transformation in education should aim toward "smart education," enhancing the application of information technology and digital transformation in education management, teaching, and learning. A digital resource repository should be built to support innovative teaching methods, with plans for completing the digital transformation of educational institutions.

Additionally, it is important to effectively implement campaigns and movements initiated by the education sector to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of education. This aims to create a healthy and friendly educational environment that facilitates students in developing their thinking, creativity, and good character, becoming dynamic and integrated citizens, thus contributing significantly to the development of Yen Bai.

Regarding the Provincial Study Encouragement Association and the Provincial Association of Retired Teachers, he urged them to continue promoting the movement to build a strong organization, leveraging the intellect and roles of members in participating in socio-political activities at the grassroots level, especially in the fields of study encouragement and talent promotion, which contributes to the advancement of education and training in the province.

He believed that every teacher, education manager, and individual involved in the education and training sector in Yen Bai would maintain their enthusiasm and passion for their profession, dedicated to the noble cause of "nurturing talent" for the homeland and country. This is aimed at achieving the goal of rapid and sustainable development for Yen Bai in a green, harmonious, distinctive, and happy manner, to soon make Yen Bai a prosperous province and a leading development center in the midland and northern mountainous regions, as outlined in the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress.
