Identifying job creation for workers as a key task in poverty reduction efforts, since the beginning of the year, Luc Yen district has actively implemented effective measures for vocational training, job placement, and labor structure transformation, particularly for rural workers. This includes policies to support job creation, job counseling and placement, encouraging active participation in labor export, and career guidance for students.
As a result, in the first quarter of 2025, Luc Yen created new jobs for nearly 700 workers. Of these, 233 jobs were created through socio-economic development, 32 jobs through loans from the National Employment Support Fund, 16 jobs through labor export, and 408 jobs for domestic employment in other provinces.
Additionally, in the first quarter of 2025, Luc Yen recruited 430 new trainees, achieving. The district also facilitated the transition of 305 workers from agriculture to non-agricultural sectors.
