YBP - Yen Bai provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the planning project of a zone to build a new urban area - Golden House in Yen Bai City.

The new urban area - Golden House will be built in the administrative boundary of Yen Ninh Ward, Dong Tam Ward and Tan Thinh Commune in Yen Bai City in Yen Bai Province, with a planned area of 87,87 ha; the estimated population is 6,500 people.
The project has three functional zones. Zone 1 is a new residential area combined with commercial services and entertainment. Zone 2 is a new residential area associated with public buildings and nearby spiritual areas. Zone 3 is a new residential area combined with embellishment of the existing residential area, linked to the system of public buildings area.
Newly built residential areas will be synchronously combined with the system of social infrastructure, service works and technical infrastructure. The architecture space of the residential area is harmoniously arranged between different types of houses and landscapes of the urban area: adjacent houses; garden houses and villas; mixed houses .
The existing residential area will be renovated but preserving the traditional structure of the residential area, suplementing the system of service works and the system of social infrastructure works.
The social infrastructure system includes public works and social infrastructure for the units located in the core: schools, clinics, cultural houses, Public services, the system of parks, physical training and sports, greenery and water surfaces…
The Department of Construction, Yen Bai City People's Committee coordinating with investors and related units are responsible for publicizing the project planning so that organizations and people know and participate in inspection and implementation of planning; Coordinating closely with functional agencies to guide, inspect and develop regulations on management and supervision of investment projects in accordance with approved plans of investors; formulating mechanism, policies and plans for implementating the approved planning and hand over the planning dossiers to the concerned units, which shall serve as basis for land recovery, land management, construction permits and make investment in accordance with current regulations.
