In the first 6 months of this year, Yen Bai province granted business registration certificates to 99 newly established enterprises. Of which there are 17 private enterprises, 62 limited liability companies and 20 joint stock companies. Curently, the province has 1,678 enterprises with 31,502 employees, 326 cooperatives, 16,676 business households.

In recent years, Yen Bai province has always paid attention to solving difficulties of enterprises, maintaining the program of meeting and exchanging through the form of "Café  - Entrepreneurs - Government accompanies enterprises" every month in order to exchange, dialogue, remove difficulties in production and business activities of enterprises. Regularly the  province provides guidance, counseling for enterprises after registration of establishment to comply with the provisions of the law on labor contracts, wages, social insurance contributions to employees,  supports enterprises to seek quality labor supply to meet the requirements of the business.

At the same time, the departments and branches enhance the state management to enterprises according to the functions and tasks of the sector, regularly guide enterprises to operate in accordance with the provisions of  the law. It is advised to shorten the time for settlement of administrative procedures on investment, land, construction ... to create a favorable business investment environment for enterprises having investment projects.

Therefore, the production and business activities of enterprises in the fields of industry, trade, services and agriculture and forestry in the first 6 months continued to develop at a decent rate, contributing to creating jobs for laborers with an average income of nearly 5 million VND per person per month; contributing to the state budget VND 469.7 billion, accounting for 50% of the total provincial revenue.

In order to create favorable conditions for enterprise development, Yen Bai province has fully implemented the preferential policies of the State and the province for enterprises, building the attractive investment  and business environment to create new motivation to promote production development.
