The factory of manufacturing electronic component will be built in the southeast of Tran Yen district, about 10 km from the center of Yen Bai city, in the planning area of ​the tourist and service area surrounding IC12 intersection of Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway, in Minh Quan commune ofTran Yen district.

The goal of the project is to invest in the manufacturing of electronic components, Cover Glass products with the most advanced machines and equipments with high quality products to meet the needs of Sam Sung Electronics, thereby bringing good value to the business and society.

The factory will be built with an estimated area of ​​4.6ha, designed capacity of 54 million products per year: In the first year 18 million products, the second year 48 million products, the third year 54 million products. The demand for electricity for production is 40KVA, water is 500m3/day and night.

During the first phase of the project, the factory will be invested in 3 production lines with the capacity of 6 million products per month and increased production scale in the next stage.

At the working session, representatives of investors thanked the leadership of Yen Bai province. At the same time introduce the plant's production plan and procedure. The plant is expected to be constructed from October 2017 to June 2018. Korean investors wish to continue to receive provincial support so that the company can complete the necessary procedures for the construction of the factory and contribute to the employment of local workers.

Investors need to determine the land use needs, add wastewater treatment plants, solid waste, determine the location of the low voltage station to supply electricity for production. Investors need to complete the technical file, select qualified investors to send to the Department of Construction to evaluate the technical design. Then the investors approves the project and sends it to the Construction Department to issue a construction permit.

Regarding the land acquisition, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee asked Tran Yen district from now to October 15, 2017 to recover 5 hectares of road surface in phase 1 to hand over equal to the investor. Immediately after the investment policy and legal entity will sign land lease principle. Regarding the supply of electricity for production, the chairman of the provincial People's Committee asked the Yen Bai Electricity Company to study the way to supply electricity for the factory to go into production in the first phase; Department of Industry and Trade and Electricity Company supplement planning construction 110KV station. He asked the investor to complete the legal entity to provide the representative information to Yen Bai province when necessary.
