Mr. Do Duc Duy received Mr. Parvathaneni Harish – the Indian Ambassador of India.

In the reception, Mr. Do Duc Duy - Chairman of the provincial People's Committee expressed his pleasure when the cooperation between India and Vietnam has been raised.

The Chairman of Yen Bai People's Committee affirmed that the Indian enterprises in Yen Bai province not only have contributed to the provincial budget but also have created a breakthrough in mineral exploring in Vietnam. . Currently, RK Marble Co., Ltd is a large enterprise that has been producing and trading effectively in Yen Bai province. Along with many other businesses in the province, RK Marble Co., Ltd always has paid attention to invest in advanced technology, ensuring the mining and processing of minerals does not pollute the environment.

Mr. Duy also informed the delegation about the potentials and strengths of the province in economic development as well as provincial policies for Indian businesses. Mr. Duy also wanted the Indian Embassy to continue to facilitate and introduce Indian businesses to invest in potential sectors of Yen Bai such as high-tech agriculture, mining and processing industries, exploiting-processing minerals, processing forest products, planting and producing medicinal herbs.

Mr. Duy wishes with his role, the Embassy of India in Vietnam will create favorable conditions for pupils, civil servants and officials of Yen Bai province to have more opportunities to study and improve their skills of using English.

Yen Bai province pledged to support Indian enterprises to come and seek for the opportunities in investment in Yen Bai province.

Speaking at the meeting, the Indian Ambassador highly appreciated the policies that Yen Bai province has given to Indian businesses in Yen Bai. He hoped that India goverment will also provide favorable conditions to Yen Bai province to have chance of studying and improving English in India as well as support Indian enterprises which come to look for opportunities and invest in production in Yen Bai.
