The Hoa Sen Yen Bai Building Material Factory is built on an area of ​​20 hectares with a total investment capital of VND 1,050 billion by Hoa Sen Yen Bai Building Material Factory one member Co.,Ltd belonging to Hoa Sen Group.

After more than 10 months of construction, Hoa Sen Yen Bai Building Material Factory was inaugurated and put into operation in the phase 1 with 06 production lines of laminating steel pipes with capacity of 60,000 tons per year. With the investment of modern production line and equipment imported synchronously and used high frequency welding technology to get continuous weld, the factory has produced products of good quality meeting the national standards and meeting the increasingly demanding of domestic and foreign markets.

By the end of the first phase, the factory has created jobs for more than 100 local laborers, increasing the revenue for the State budget. In addition, when the factory goes into operation, it will contribute to improve production capacity and optimize the supply of galvanized steel pipes for the Northwest.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Do Duc Duy appreciated Hoa Sen Group implementing the project to ensure compliance with the provisions of law, standards, regulations of investment, construction, quality assurance, progress, safety, environmental assurance as committed. The Hoa Sen Yen Bai Building Materials Factory is one of the highlights of the province's industrial development and one of the bright spots in Yen Bai's investment attraction. It’s also motivation and attractiveness for domestic and foreign enterprises to pay attention, study and seek investment opportunities in Yen Bai province.

He also hoped that the Hoa Sen Group will continue to focus its investment resources to complete the second phase of this project as well as other projects being implemented in the province to increase revenue and profit and also contribute significantly to promoting the socio-economic development of Yen Bai province in particular, the Northern Midlands and Mountains in general.

Yen Bai province affirmed the consistent policy of reforming administrative procedures, improving business investment environment, attracting and diversifying resources for development investment of the province to successfully implement the objectives and tasks of socio-economic development. Yen Bai Province committed to continue to support and create the most favorable conditions for Hoa Sen Group as well as investors to come to Yen Bai to have a safe and convenient business investment environment for success of investors and the sustainable development of the province.

Mr. Do Duc Duy, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, requested departments, People's Committee of Tran Yen district and Yen Bai city to continue supporting Hoa Sen Group to overcome obstacles and difficulties and speed up the implementation progress of the Group's projects.

He congratulated on the success of the project, wished the Hoa Sen Yen Bai Building Materials Factory to operate effectively, bring many benefits to the Group and contribute to the socio-economic development of the province; Hoa Sen Group to develop quickly and sustainably and affirm its role and position as a leading enterprise in the field of manufacturing steel, steel products, construction materials and services of Vietnam and the region.

Immediately after the inauguration ceremony, leaders of the province, leaders of Hoa Sen Group and delegates visited the production lines of Hoa Sen Yen Bai Building Materials Factory and planted trees as souvenirs in the campus of the  factory.
