Van Yen leader awarded certificates of merit to typical enterprises and cooperatives in production and business

To the end of 12/2018, Van Yen district has 225 enterprises, cooperatives and 2,941 individual business households registered to operate.

In 2018, enterprises contributed to the state budget of over VND 38.5 billion, accounting for 41.7% of the total balanced revenue, increasing over VND 4 billion compared to 2017.
Businesses in the district solved regular jobs for nearly 9,000 local workers, actively responded to and participated in creative entrepreneurship movement launched by the district. Many businesses have actively joined hands with the Party and the State to participate in activities of gratitude for charity, humanitarian charity, hunger eradication and poverty reduction, job creation, social security and overcoming natural disaster results with a total amount of about VND 2 billion.

At the meeting, Van Yen leaders noted important contributions of enterprises to the general development of the district, and directly answered questions and suggestions of enterprises related to the problems of land and capital, thereby promptly removed difficulties, helped businesses feel secure to produce. With the motto "Enterprises are both motivation and internal force for local development", Van Yen district is committed to always accompanying businesses in and outside the district, creating the most favorable conditions for stable business development.

In the coming time, Van Yen district continues to implement schemes and policies on  restructuring the agricultural sector, boosting the large-scale production with quality and highly competitive products which can be exported directly; encourage enterprises to concentrate their land to invest in high-tech agricultural production, clean farm produce processing; encourage investment in remote areas to contribute to poverty reduction; advise and assist enterprises in building trademarks, brands and typical products of the district; deploy 6 value chain projects associated with production and product consumption; exploit the potentials and strengths of the district to develop trade, services and tourism; call for businesses, domestic and foreign investors to coordinate with the authorities to implement investment projects on socio-economic development in a number of areas under the model of public-private partnerships such as agricultural production, clean water, waste disposal ...

Van Yen leaders asked businesses to strictly abide by the provisions of law on land and environment; build appropriate business strategies to promote local strengths; promote trade promotion, expand markets, maintain the brand; well perform social security in the area. Enterprises also need to pay attention to the lives of workers, focusing on developing the Party in enterprises; establishing associations and clubs to give businesses the opportunity to share and exchange experiences in production and business.

On this occasion, Van Yen District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 25 typical enterprises and cooperatives in production and business and contributed to the district's political tasks in 2018.
