At Yen Bai city Public Administration Service Division

Following the direction of the provincial People's Committee, the City People's Committee has urgently implemented to ensuring that the Public Administration Service Division of the city, communes and wards have been put into operation as planned. In the process of implementing, the City People's Committee has ensured good working conditions of the Division, regularly monitors, supervises, urges and reminds cadres and civil servants working in the Division to raise the spirit, responsibility to service people and businesses wholeheartedly, attentively, ensuring to solve administrative procedures on time.

The number of administrative procedures implemented at the public Administrative Service Division of the city was 414 procedures; the number of administrative procedures implemented at the Public Administration Service Division at commune and ward levels was 116 procedures.

From April 1, 2019 to May 28, 2019, the Public Administration Service Division of the city, communes and wards, Yen Bai city received 6,686 procedures. In which, the rate of solving administrative procedures in advance and on time reaches 100%.

Specifically: From April 1, 2019 to May 28, 2019, Yên Bai City Public Administration Service Division received 2,908 procedures. In which, 2,416 procedures were solved; 199 procedures were solving; 243 procedures were paused; 50 procedures were canceled. 100% of administrative procedures were resolved on time. Organizations and individuals who came to the transaction at the Division have satisfactory evaluation to the reception and solve of administrative procedures and no unsatisfactory evaluation.

The Public Administration Service Division of the communes and wards from April 1, 2019 to May 28, 2019 received 3,778 procedures. In which 3,735 procedures were solved; 22 procedures wre solving; 1procedure was paused; 10 procedures were canceled.

In the coming time, Yen Bai City People's Committee will strengthen the propaganda on the media to organizations and people on receiving and resolving administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Division of the city, communes and wards; improve the sense of responsibility of each officer and civil servant; strictly implement the internal rules, the regulations of the divisions, especially regulations on disciplines, public service ethics at agencies, offices and in communication with organizations and individuals to conduct transactions; regularly supervise, monitor and urge relevant units in receiving and resolving administrative procedures; strive for 100% administrative procedures implemented ahead of time; 100% of individuals and organizations coming to the Division will satisfy with the officials and civil servants; coordinate closely with relevant units in receiving and solving administrative procedures, especially for multi-level connection procedures; In coordination with Yen Bai Provincial Center for Public Administration Service, Yen Bai Telecommunications to adjust and update and complete the administrative procedures to ensure that administrative procedures are promptly effectively and properly solved.
