YBP - Within the framework of Muong Lo Cultural and Tourism Festival and exploring the national scenery Mu Cang Chai terraces, taking place on the evening of September 20, the street show with the participation of 600 artisans and amateur performers from 9 districts, towns and cities in the province boldly displayed the cultural quintessence of the Yen Bai ethnic groups.

The street show started from the area of Dien Bien Street to the stage of Nghia Lo Stadium.
Coming to the performance of Mu Cang Chai artisans, mass actors, visitors had a chance to admire the culture of the Mong people - the dominant culture, representing the culture of Mu Cang Chai with the unique features that are unique in festivals, weddings, specialties in culinary culture, sophistication and meticulousness in the way of making and expressing national musical instruments, perseverance maintenance, dexterity, creativity hidden behind the intricate patterns on the costumes of Mong boys and girls who are flirtatious, fussy in the flexible dances every spring.
The performance of Mu Cang Chai district
Next is the performance of Van Chan people. The performance showed unique features in costumes, religious activities, festivals of the district. Especially, Cau Mua festival of the Kho Mu people reflects the belief in the supernatural forces of the early by Kho Mu people, and at the same time expresses the wish of a bumper crop, full life of agricultural residents in this land.
The Xuc Tep dance performance of Cao Lan people in Yen Binh district continued with the traditional dance, re-enacting the production, fishing activities of San Chay agricultural residents. In the past, there were many fishes and shrimps in streams, rivers, lakes, San Chay people used bamboos baskets, rackets to catch fish, shrimp, small shrimp ... The dance was combined with musical instruments such as Tang Sanh drum, Bamboo tube, drum, Pendulum to create funny sounds that make visitors feel very excited.
Coming to the performance of Van Yen, visitors participating in the performance will admire the ritual of welcoming a Master of the Red Dao ethnic group in Van Yen district, excerpted in the "Cap Sac - 12 lights" ceremony. The Cap Sac ritual of the Dao people has been declared as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The footsteps of visitors joining the performance were extended when experiencing the colorful cultural space of the Mong ethnic people in Tram Tau district.
Along with that, in the drums and bustling gongs, visitors were experienced with 200 amateur actors of Thai people in Nghia Lo - Muong Lo in xoe dance, Han Khuong festival... expressing the connection of community, unique cultural traditions in which there are full of historical, cultural - social, scientific, artistic and aesthetic values of the Thai people here.
The Street show is held annually in Nghia Lo during the Festival. This year, the program was held on a large scale with the participation of artisans, actors, ethnic groups in the province, which is the gathering place of "Cultural Colors" from different regions, different land in Yen Bai homeland. Thereby, in order to arouse, preserve and promote the traditional cultural values and the solidarity of thousands of generations of the ethnic groups in the province.
