Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Do Duc Duy replies to businesses’ opinions at the “Entrepreneur Cafe” in June 2019.

Yen Bai leaders direct the head of departments, branches, units and localities to continuously improve quality of cadres and civil servants in the process of solving administrative procedures, solving difficulties and problems for enterprises; cut down unnecessary administrative procedures in order to creating the most favorable conditions for organizations, individuals  and businesses.  At the same time, promoting communication on administrative reform; pay attention to resolving all organizations and enterprises’ feedbacks and proposals on mechanisms, policies; publicize the handling results on the provincial on media.

The province has also issued a number of incentive mechanisms and policies to support investment; set up working teams and assisting sections to attract investment in the province; implement support to connect businesses with partners, connect supply and demand,...as well as hold training programs to equip businesses and entrepreneurs with knowledge about starting a business, taxes, marketing skills, product introduction, business communication, business development. In 2019, the province has held many dialogues, receiving recommendations from businesses through the Entrepreneur Coffee program and meeting businesses.

Especially, due to the negative impact of the Covid-19 epidemic in the first months of 2020, the province has assigned tasks to departments, agencies and branches; people's Committees of districts, towns and cities; concerned units support for enterprises, especially enterprises engaged in import and export activities; consider applying policies on tax exemption, reduction, early refund …for businesses affected by the Covid epidemic-19.

By inviting and welcoming investors with all our heart, considering the effectiveness and success of investors is the success of the province, Yen Bai is aiming at higher goals and actions to continue creating the breakthrough in attracting investment, so that Yen Bai is really a "landing place", a "reliable and attractive destination" of domestic and foreign investors.
