Yen Bai Cooperative Union and Atalink Technology Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement

This cooperation agreement aims to deploy solutions to connect businesses, cooperatives in Yen Bai province and the Vietnamese business community. The signing of the cooperation agreement brings many opportunities for Yen Bai cooperatives and businesses in sourcing quality products, expanding business cooperation with the business community across the country, as well as improve the efficiency of management of production and business activities.

According to the cooperation content, the two sides will coordinate, introduce and put into application a software product, which is usable on mobile devices, desktop devices to manage information of businesses, cooperatives, cooperative groups, production and business units in the province. Units will be free to use 16 features related to their operational management and member administration; 32 interactive online features for businesses, related to human resource management, purchasing management, sales management ...; support businesses to introduce their products to the right target customers quickly and accurately; strengthening trade relations between the members, organizations in the province and other businesses throughout the territory of Vietnam and the world market.

Expected implementation time is divided into 3 phases: Phase 1 (from May 1 to September 30, 2020): Atalink will support about 50 key enterprises of the province. Phase 2 (from October 1, 2020 to April 4, 2021), Atalink will open the capacity to support 100 more businesses. Phase 3 (from May 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022), Atalink will support the rest of the province's businesses, businesses will be supported up to June 30, 2022 no more than 1,500 businesses.

The content of cooperation is done for free for a period of 10 years. After 10 years, if there is a need to continue using the service, Atalink will charge 30,000/enterprise, cooperative/month. For associations such as Cooperative Union, Provincial Business Association, Young Entrepreneur Association ... will not have to pay any fees.

On the basis of cooperation and support, the Yen Bai Cooperative Union will contribute to promoting connectivity, trade promotion, creating a fair, healthy and clean trade environment, adhering to the policy and orientations of the Party and the State in digitalization and digital transformation for the Vietnamese economy; support businesses and cooperatives in the province to overcome difficulties after the Covid-19 pandemic.
