On occation of France of Independent Day, the delegation of Yen Bai led by Mr. Dương Van Tien – Vice President of Yen Bai PPC congratulate the Embassy of France in Ha Noi.
Mr. Etienne Rolland Piegue – Cultural Counselor French Embassy in Hanoi received and worked with the delegation.
At the working session, Mr. Duong Van Tien - Vice President of Yen Bai PPC sent best congratualtions to Mr. Etienne Rolland Piegue and his colleagues. Mr. Duong Van Tien expressed his joy that the relationship between France and Viet Nam in general and the relationship between Val-de-Marne province and Yen Bai province have been strengthened and developed in specific.
Mr. Duong Van Tien highly appropriated Val de Marne’s assistance for Yen Bai province on developing socieconomy.
On this occation, on be half of Yen Bai leaders and people, Mr. Duong Van Tien thanked France Government, Embassy of France and Val de Marne for helping Yen Bai province for years. Through 20 years of cooperation, Val de Marne helped Yen Bai province in many fields such as: health care, agriculture, culture, tourism, water supply…with more than 60 projects which have been deployed.
These 60 projects have brought good results for socioeconomy development of Yen Bai, especially models and experiences for two sides in waste treatment for hospitals; reading culture also maintains efficently.
Besides, delegation exchange between two provinces also maintains regularlly, hundreds of Yen Bai officials of Yen Bai province have been visiting and studying in France, thereby helping to enhance the capacity and experience of officials as well as leaving a lot of good feelings about the beautiful and hospitable France.
Cooperation projects and exchanging delegation help people in two provinces khow about cultures, countries, people of the two countries which helps to enhance the relationship and knowledge, as well as to deepen the strategic relationship between Vietnam and France.
On behalf of Ambassador of France, Mr. Rolland Piegue thanked Yen Bai province for giving Val de Marne 50 thousands of medical masks in last May.
At the working session, Mr. Duong Van Tien gave invitation to the Ambassador and officials working in the Embassy to visit Yen Bai province in the coming time.
