Mr. Do Duc Duy, the leader of BG Group and leader of Nghia Lo conduct the groundbreaking ceremony.

The project is invested by the Investment Joint Stock BG Group – one of the members of APEC Group - the reputable and experienced group in the field of financial investment, real estate, construction and hotel.

The project will invest in building 283 villas, townhouses, commercial townhouses and 3 star hotel with a complex of public works, commercial and utility services on an area of nearly 17 hectares.

The project has total capital of more than 1 thousand billion VND dong which will be completed in 2022.

Having speech at the ground breaking ceremony, Mr. Do Duc Duy – Chairman of Yen Bai Provincial People’s Committee highly appropriated the invester developing the Project at Pu Trang ward, Nghia Lo town.

The project will contribute to creating new face for Pu Trang ward and developing the beauty of this area and conserving and promoting special culture of ethnic groups.

Mr. Do Duc Duy had a speech at the ceremony.

Mr. Do Duc Duy also said that the implementation and completion of the Apec Golden Valley tourist and commercial urban area of Muong Lo is expected to increase the value, not only bring great benefits to the invester but also creating a highlight in the development of architectural space of the urban landscape of Nghia Lo town as well as the development of economic, trade and tourism.

In order to complete and put into operation as soon as possible, Mr. Do Duc Duy suggested the invester implementing the project to ensure the quality and progress as committed; fully complying with the provisions of the law on planning, land, investment, construction, environmental protection and relevant law provisions.
