The highlight of the Entrepreneur Coffee Program in August is that in addition to focusing on solving difficulties and problems in production and business activities for businesses and cooperatives in the province, businesses were introduced the contents of international economic integration in 2020, the benefits and challenges for Vietnam as well as Yen Bai province; inform about the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTTP), the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), and the effects of the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) on Vietnam economy.

Businesses and cooperatives raised difficulties and problems, and proposed the province to remove

Speaking at the program, businesses and cooperatives said that EVFTA is an opportunity for Vietnamese businesses and Yen Bai enterprises to receive and transfer advanced technologies from Europe to improve productivity and quality and the competitiveness of each business. The agreement certainly brings many opportunities for businesses to access EU countries' markets, contributing to promoting products that are the province's strength.

Also in this program, with the spirit of openness, democracy and frankness, businesses and cooperatives raised difficulties and problems, and proposed the province to remove such as: policies to support enterprises, cooperatives to recover the production and business due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic; considering and approving land lease conditions, corporate tax refund procedures, disbursement for value chain production projects; unstable power supply causes difficulties and damages for businesses in the production and business process.

Representatives of the departments and branches of the province answered the difficulties, problems and opinions and recommendations of businesses and cooperatives on issues related to land management planning, appraisal of application documents land and land lease, investment policy for businesses, cooperatives, stability of power supply for production enterprises; reduction of road charges for businesses, transport cooperatives due to the impact of disease ...

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted and absorbed and clarified the opinions and recommendations of businesses and cooperatives. The Provincial People's Committee will direct related departments, branches, districts and towns to receive ideas to promptly remove difficulties for businesses.

Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang emphasized that, in recent years, Yen Bai province has adjusted the planning of sectors and fields, issued many policies to support investment, promote administrative reform, encouraged businesses to develop, especially pay attention to solving difficulties for businesses and cooperatives in the face of the Covid-19 epidemic; issued a new set of policies to support businesses and cooperatives on preferential credit, loans, and debt; organized conferences to directly remove difficulties for businesses and cooperatives. With the motto that business is the driving force for the economic development, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the results of the provincial business community in recent years and hoped that businesses and cooperatives would continue to accompany together with the province to overcome difficulties, contributing to the development of Yen Bai province.
