Dong Tam Park Technical Infrastructure Project, Yen Bai City started construction in February 2018, with a total investment of VND 100 billion  with an area of ​​more than 6.1 ha in Dong Tam ward - Yen Bai City center .

Dong Tam Park Technical Infrastructure Project is invested synchronously with the subdivisions of culture, sports, entertainment, multi-purpose entertainment, auxiliary works and internal traffic system, lighting electricity, diversified greenery system and flower garden. The project has been completed and put into use, contributing to the development of green, clean and beautiful landscape architectural space in accordance with the planning and development orientation of Yen Bai city; at the same time, to develop and expand public living spaces, to meet the needs of cultural activities, exercise, sports, entertainment and entertainment of all people in Yen Bai city.

After nearly three years of construction, up to now, Dong Tam Park Technical Infrastructure has been completed, put into use, attached with a sign to celebrate the 19th Yen Bai Provincial Party Congress.

In order for the project to be put into operation and bring into full play, Mr. Do Duc Duy, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Unit and contractors to urgently complete some unfinished works, organize the handover of works to the City People's Committee for management, exploitation and service the people.

The People's Committee of Yen Bai city was assigned to receive and assign functional units to organize the management and exploitation of the park to promote efficiency and practicality; carry out the maintenance of technical infrastructure systems, take care of flower gardens and trees, and clean the environment; add utility services, entertainment, organize events to serve the people, so that Dong Tam Park truly becomes a green highlight, harmonious in architectural space of urban landscape, always an attractive, useful destination for the city dwellers.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee asked organizations, individuals and people of Yen Bai city to join hands in building a civilized urban lifestyle, exploiting and using the facilities and services at the park under the regulations of management agencies; taking care of and protecting flower gardens and trees, preserving landscapes, clean the environment to promote the sustainable use value of the project, contribute to building Yen Bai city to become a "green, identity, happiness ”, affirming its role and position as a political, economic, cultural, scientific and technological center; the urban driving force to promote socio-economic development of Yen Bai province in the coming time.
