YBP - The Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No.184/QD-UBND approving the detailed construction planning project of 1:500 scale new urban area in Hop Minh ward, Yen Bai city.
New urban area of Hop Minh ward, Yen Bai city is located within the administrative boundary of Hop Minh ward, Yen Bai city, Yen Bai province. The North borders on the Red River; the South and the East border on existing residential areas and Hoang Quoc Viet Street (Highway 32C); the West borders on an existing residential area and Ngo Minh Loan Street (Highway 37). Area of planned land is 24.45 ha (244,495.7m2). Estimated population is 3,373 people.
New urban area of Hop Minh ward, Yen Bai city is built in the direction of urban development combined with relaxation with a system of technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, public utilities, synchronous and modern trade and services; traffic system is conveniently connected to the center of Yen Bai city and Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway.
