YBP - Top Vietnam Appraisal Council, Vietnam Record Institute has just issued the Decision to establish the Top 100 Vietnamese specialty dishes (2020 - 2021) and Top Vietnamese gift specialties (2020 - 2021) in the journey to advertise the culinary values and Vietnamese specialties.

Accordingly, Tu Le steamed glutinous rice of Yen Bai province is in the Top 100 special Vietnamese dishes (2020 - 2021); Suoi Giang Shan Tuyet tea in Yen Bai province is in the Top 100 Vietnamese gift specialties (2020 - 2021) according to the criteria set of Top Vietnamese specialties.
Local dishes and specialties of the Top will be announced and introduced on the Portal of Vietnam Record Organization, Top Vietnam Organization, Global Vietnamese Record Organization, on the communication channel under the Vietnam Record system. These specialties will be awarded Top certificates, Top badges at the Top Vietnam reunion event scheduled to be held on April 26, 2021 in Ho Chi Minh City.
