The detailed construction planning area of ​​Thinh Hung 1 ecological urban area and Thinh Hung 2 ecological urban area are located in the administrative boundaries of Thinh Hung commune, Yen Binh district, Yen Bai province, with a total scale of nearly 94.6 ha; population size is expected from 7,000 to 9,400 people.

Thinh Hung 1 ecological urban area is located in the inland part of Thac Ba lake area, with an area of ​​48.67 hectares, the expected population size is from 6,000 to 8,000 people; Thinh Hung 2 ecological urban area is located in Thac Ba lake bed area, with an area of ​​45.93 hectares, population size is expected from 1,000 to 1,400 people. The functional subdivisions include: housing area; public areas; green trees; clinics; schools; commercial and service projects, boat docks.

These 2 eco-urban areas are built with low-density housing projects combined with green spaces and water surfaces to develop into a green, sustainable and synchronous tourist urban area in terms of social infrastructure and technical infrastructure, with a full range of utility services and ancillary services, associated with tourist areas in the area and surrounding areas.
