The PAR index 2020 of departments, branches and district is based on assesment of certification documents and sociological test scores.

According to the announced results, the PAR index of departments and branches of the province, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee reached 94.79%, ranked first, the Department of Health achieved 93.68% ranked second and the Department of Planning and Investment achieved 93.32% ranked third. Board of Industrial Zones takes the last position with 63.31%.

Yen Bai city ranked first among districts, towns and cities, reaching 91.41%; second is Van Yen district, reaching 90.75%; The third is Yen Binh district, reaching 88.41% and the last is Van Chan district, reaching 72.09%.

Thus, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee and Yen Bai city continues to hold the leading position in digital PAR only in blocks, departments and districts, towns and cities.

Based on the results of the PAR No. 2020, heads of establishments, departments and branches under the Provincial People's Committee; Chairpersons of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities shall review, evaluate and determine the responsibilities of relevant collectives and individuals for shortcomings, limitations, low indicators and standards of experience. At the same time, propose solutions to overcome the shortcomings and limitations to improve and increase the number of administrative reform of agencies, units and localities in the following years.
