The highlight of the programme is the Ceremony of receiving UNESCO's recognition certificate for “ Xoe Thai" as Representative Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity; Muong Lo Cultural – Tourism Festival; discovering Mu Cang Chai Special National Terraced Field in 2022 which will be held in September 2022.

Besides, there will be many tourism activities in all districts and towns in Yen Bai province such as: displaying fruits and vegatables; ethnic sport tournament in Thac Ba; spiritual tourism in Yen Bai city; Festival of practicing beliefs of worshiping the Mother of God; New Rice Festival of Dong Cuong Temple and Receive the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Certificate Ceremony for Dong Cuong Festival;
