According to the report of the Department of Planning and Investment, up to now, the total state budget capital plan in 2022 has been allocated to be VND4,249,807 million. By the end of July 2022, the disbursed capital reached VND 1,913,745 million. Particularly for capital sources, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment according to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Planning and Investment monitoring, synthesizing and reporting to the Prime Minister, the disbursement reached VND1,623,531 million, which was higher than the overall disbursement of the country.

In 2022, Yen Bai province will organize the implementation of 1,550 projects using development investment capital (including 155 projects managed by the provincial level; 953 projects managed by the district level and 442 projects. under the National Target Programs).

Currently, in Yen Bai province, there are about 390 enterprises operating in the field of basic construction (accounting for 14% of the total 2,845 enterprises in the province). Many enterprises have made unremitting efforts to overcome difficulties and adapt to current conditions in order to stabilize production and business activities, create driving force for economic and social development; a number of enterprises have strong capacity and experience in operating in the field of basic construction, contributing to creating jobs for workers and contributing revenue to the state budget.

At the conference, businesses discussed and raised difficulties and suggested that the province remove them, focusing on issues such as: scarce material supply and especially price fluctuations of construction materials, fuel and materials; the type of contract; the work of compensation and ground clearance has not met the schedule; on design, estimate, acceptance and settlement of works...

Departments, branches, investors explained and clarified the ideas and questions raised by enterprises at the conference and offered solutions to help businesses complete their tasks well.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Huy Tuan suggested that departments, branches and investors perform well the inspection and appraisal of works and projects, ensuring tight and lawful contracts. Sectors and localities speed up the construction progress for site clearance to create conditions for contractors to execute according to the plan.
