Provincial leaders gave flowers to congratulate officers and women members of Yen Bai province

The dialogue conference was held in the form of face-to-face at the Provincial Convention Center combined with online communication with 08 bridge points in districts and towns, with the participation of over 1,000 delegates.

Along with the development and growth of women in the country, Yen Bai women have promoted their good traditions, constantly strive to train, innovate, strive to rise up, and make worthy contributions of the effort and wisdom in the cause of construction, innovation and development of Yen Bai homeland. Yen Bai women have participated more and more and increasingly asserted their important and prominent positions, roles and contributions in all areas of social life.

The dialogue conference between the provincial leaders and representatives of all classes of women in the province is an important political event, with the goal of assessing the overall implementation results of gender equality work, for the advancement of women in the fields of politics, economy, culture, society, national defense and security, party building and the political system. It is also a forum for women of all classes to express their thoughts, aspirations and suggestions to the leaders of the province, departments, branches and Party committees and authorities at all levels on issues of mechanisms, policies, and tasks, solutions to promote the role and position of women in the cause of construction and development of the province.

At the dialogue Conference, there were 20 direct questions posed by women's members at all levels. The opinions and suggestions of the members are summarized into 05 groups of issues: Women's participation in the political field; Women participate in economic development; Mechanisms and policies to support women; Women and social issues; Women cadres - gender equality.
