Criteria to build a model are that each model must have economic efficiency of reaching at least VND 250 million/ha/year or the total income of a model is over 2 VND billion/year or more. The models must meet production requirements according to the following standards: Vietgap, Organic, RA, building area codes, etc. to create OCOP certified products. The models must build a closed value chain from production to consumption; each model has at least 1 enterprise, cooperative, or cooperative groups participating in association and 20 participating households or more, having product consumption contracts associated with production establishments, processing plant.
