This includes raising awareness among all segments of the population about the role, significance, and value of forests, the importance of tree planting and afforestation, forest protection, fire prevention and fighting, ecological environmental protection, and compliance with forestry regulations. These efforts aim to contribute to reducing natural disasters and adapting to climate change.

The organization of the Tree Planting fesstival launching ceremony and the commencement of afforestation activities should be practical, reflecting cultural beauty, ensuring effectiveness, cost-efficiency, and avoiding ostentatious forms. It should create favorable conditions for agencies, organizations, associations, schools, armed forces, and the local population in the province to actively participate in tree planting and afforestation activities. There should be a focus on decentralized green planting in urban areas, industrial zones, transportation corridors, and rural areas to create a scenic environment and contribute to building a new, green, and clean countryside.
