In the evening of March 31st, at Hong Ha Theater, Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee coordinated with the Indian Embassy in Hanoi to organize the Vietnam - India Art Exchange Program. This is an activity to celebrate the 52nd anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and India.
