On October 27, 10, the FAD Foundation and the People's Committee of Yen Bai province signed a cooperation agreement in many fields such as culture, arts, economics, education, industry and labor in rural areas, tourism, infrastructure, healthcare and exchange of specialty products of the two countries. After the signing, the FAD Fund supported Yen Bai province in connecting with partners in South Korea during the Provincial Party Secretary's business trip to visit and work in South Korea in March 2023. 

Through the Fund's connections, Yen Bai province had 2 provincial delegations visit and work in South Korea province. From the visits and working visits of the leaders of Yen Bai province, localities of Yen Bai province have exchanged and signed cooperation agreements with localities/organizations of South Korea. This is an important premise for the two sides to expand opportunities for cooperation, investment, trade and enhance international integration in the coming time.

He said that on average each year, Yen Bai has sent about 400 - 500 workers to work abroad in markets: Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Russia, Germany, the Middle East... In general, labor The move to work abroad is accepted by the market, most of them make efforts, proactively study, grasp and respond well to the job. 

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also affirmed that Yen Bai province always welcomes localities, organizations and businesses of South Korea to explore cooperation and business opportunities, especially in the areas of concern to the province. such as: trade, tourism, culture, education, health, infrastructure development, seasonal labor...

He also hoped that in the coming time, the FAD Fund would continue to pay attention and survey to build cooperation programs in fields suitable to the practical needs of the province; continue to support the province in the field of seasonal labor and human resource training; create conditions for the province to receive aid projects from South Korea, thereby contributing to promoting better cooperation between the two countries of Vietnam and South Korea in the future.
