YBP - On the afternoon of October 15th, the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee held a meeting with female leaders and managers under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. This is an annual activity with profound significance, demonstrating the Provincial Party Committee's concern for female leaders and managers in particular and Yen Bai women in general.
Mr. Ta Van Long, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, spoke at the meeting.
Alongside the overall development of women in Yen Bai Province, the team of female leaders and managers has made significant progress in both quantity and quality over the years. These women have shown great effort and determination in their roles as leaders and managers; many hold positions as heads of agencies or units, or take on fields with many difficulties, challenges and pressures... Regardless of the field or circumstances, female leaders and managers consistently assert themselves, overcome challenges and difficulties, contribute their talent, intellect, and passion to their work, and effectively lead their agencies to fulfill their assigned tasks.
Moreover, they also excel in their roles as women, wives, and mothers, building happy homes. The female leadership team in Yen Bai has upheld the noble traditions of Vietnamese women, showing innovation, dynamism, and creativity, and striving to contribute to the province's overall development, living up to the golden words "Heroic - Unyielding - Loyal - Capable" bestowed by President Ho Chi Minh.
Congratulating, acknowledging, and praising the efforts, determination, and outstanding achievements of female leaders and managers, Mr. Ta Van Long, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, expressed hope that women in Yen Bai, especially those in leadership roles, would continue to enhance their awareness of their significant responsibilities to the Party, government, and the diverse communities in the province. He encouraged them to continue to demonstrate resilience, intellect, determination, and proactivity, to be role models in both life and work, and to contribute actively to the development of their homeland and country.
He emphasized the need to spread energy, inspiration, and motivation to other women, reaffirming and elevating the status of Vietnamese women. He urged them to maintain their sense of responsibility as leaders, guiding their agencies and localities to accelerate and achieve the political tasks set for 2024 according to Action Program No.188-CTr/TU of the Provincial Party Committee. Additionally, they should continue to lead and support the community in recovering from the aftermath of Storm No.3, stabilizing lives, and restoring economic and social activities.
