Mr. Tran Dinh Chien visited Vina KNF International Co., Ltd

Mr. Tran Dinh Chien – President of Tran Yen People’s Committee said: “Tran Yen leaders have paid much attention to implement policies on encouraging investment attraction to facilitate for investors. Tran Yen district has focused on simplify administrative procedures relating to investment. We considered enterprises and investors to be friends in order to accompany to create development”.

In recent years, Tran Yen has accompanied with enterprises by clearing land, creating clean fund to hand over for investors to implement projects; mobilzing resources for constructing infrastructure including transport, electricity, water supply  and drainage systems for industrial clusters and zones in the district.

With its role, Tran Yen has coordinated with provincial departments and sectors to enhance the state management; maintain dialogue with investors and enterprises to solve problem and obstacles to help enterprise operate effectively.

Besides, Tran Yen has not only coordinated with enterprises and investors to recruit, support training local labor but also solved social problems, ensured security and order ...to create confidence for  investors operate in the area.

For the past years domestic and foreign investors have implemented many small and large projects with various sectors. In 2016, four large projects were granted new investment licenses with total registered capital of more than 3 thousand billion VND. Particularly, the project “Van Hoi Spiritual Resort” of Hoa Sen Group has been invested near VND 3 thounsand billion.

At present, three projected which were granted investment licenses in 2015, have been operated: Garment Factory Project of Vina KNF International Co. Ltd in Co Phuc Town, The project of raising pigs in biosecurity technology in Luong Thinh commune; Project of Graphite Processing Factory of Ngoc Vien Dong Company in Bao Dap commune.

Besides, Tran Yen also positively help bussiness in recruit labors. Right after implementing project, the district the district has directed the branches, unions and localities to organize the propagation and dissemination of regimes and policies on recruitment and employment of laborers. industry; To coordinate with enterprises directly in each locality to consult and guide laborers to make dossiers of application for employment registration in their employment positions.

In addition, the district has also supported enterprises to establish the relationship with  agencies, units and localities of neighboring districts in the province to promote the capacity of enterprises and recruit workers. Garment project of Vina KNF International Co., Ltd is a typical example. With the help of all levels and branches in Tran Yen district, in only a short time nearly 1,000 workers have been recruited by Vina KNF international Co., Ltd.

To facilitate for domestic and foreign enterprises to invest in Tran Yen in furture, the district  will continue mobilize resources to invest in the construction of synchronous and highly integrated infrastructure, especially traffic systems, electricity and water supply systems… to meet the demand of investors.

Tran Yen now focuses on ground clearance to complete the route from IC12 intersection (Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway) to Viet Hong, diversify forms of excavation to create jobs for local laborers, raise the quality of local labor sources to meet the demands of investors and enterprises.
