To achieve its goals, Van Chan is intensifying the development of services in accordance with Resolution No.30-NQ/TU dated February 24, 2021, from the Provincial Party Committee. The focus will be on developing trade and goods services in densely populated areas and agricultural services in highland communes to meet community needs.
The district aims to enhance the quality of existing tourism products and attract capable and experienced investors to develop unique and distinctive tourism forms and products, leveraging the district's potential and advantages. This includes community cultural tourism, agricultural tourism, ecological tourism, resort tourism, experiential tourism, and recreational activities.
There will be effective coordination in organizing annual cultural and tourism festivals, as well as promotional activities, investment promotion, and tourism development linkages to attract and retain visitors. The goal is to attract approximately 250,000 tourists in 2025, including around 48,000 international visitors; the revenue from tourism activities is expected to reach about 225 billion VND.
