Visiting the Provincial Library.

Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang – Deputy President of Yen Bai Provicial People’s Committee welcomed and worked with the delegation. Some departments and other related agencies also attended the working.

The delegation visited the Multi Media Reading Room in Yen Bai’s Province; Nguyen Trai Primary School. The delegation listened to shares in teaching and learning; using mobile library in serving readers as well as sharing the benefit of reading with students here.

The delegation inspected the operation of the wastewater treatment plant and medical waste incinerator funded by the province of Val-de-Marne, which was inaugurated and put into use in 2003 at the Yen Bai General Hospital. Currently, the project is still operating effectively which helps the Hospital of obstetrics-pediatrics to treat the waste water and waste of the hospital.

Mr. Gilles Saint Gal –The first Deputy President of Val-de-Marne provincial council told that Projects funded by Val de Marne have been operated effectively. The leader of Val de Marne province is ready to acquire the recommendations and proposals to further promote efficiency and scale up the project.

In the framework of the visit, the delegation also worked in some districts in Yen Bai to disuss about project improving the potentials in developing some types of tourism including community tourism in Nghia Lo town and Mu Cang Chai.
