Typically, Department of Planning and Investment reduced the time on the new enterprise establishment to 3 days, the dissolution of enterprises to 5 days, supplement the content of business registration to 1 day thanks to the mechanism "one - stop - shop" and promote electronic applications. Department of Finance advised the provincial People's Committee to build a mechanism to support small and medium enterprises in the spirit of the Small and Medium Enterprise Assistance Law taking effect from 01/01/2018.

Department of Industry and Trade continued to maintain the electronic trading platform with 235 enterprises and 812 products; Implementing branding activities, supporting search market for some processed agricultural products.

Provincial tax department made efforts to reform the policy, institution to reduce the number of hours of administrative taxation from 537 hours to 119 hours. The percentage of taxpayers filling online tax returns reaches 100%.
