At the working session, Mr. Duy provided to Korea investors the information of Yen Bai’s favorable conditions of geographical position, infrastructure of roads, railways, waterways; water and electricity supply systems; infrastructure of industrial zones; scenic, potentials to attract investment as well as incentives on land and labor.

In agricultural field, Yen Bai province calls for investors in high tech organic agriculture. In the field of trade, Yen Bai calls for investors in services, in tourism areas, infrastructure of tourism ... projects on health, health care, vocational training ...

Mr. Duy also invited Mr. Sung Teak Park – Chairman of KBIZ and representatives of Korea enterprises to visit and work with Yen Bai province in order to enhance the relations and understand more about Yen Bai’s potentials and strenthgs.

Mr. Sung Teak Park thanked to the sentiments from Yen Bai province to his delegation and committed to take surveys and evaluate projects which are used to attract investment as well as wanted to know more about Yen Bai’s strengths. He also requested to Yen Bai to actively prepare and provide the detailed information on investment conditions, infrastructure; to tightly coordinate and comprehensively discuss with them on several fields which Yen Bai is focusing on to attract investment as well as on organizing the Conference of investment promotion to call investment from Korea businesses into Yen Bai.

The Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Association of Korea is proposing that Yen Bai Province take the initiative in terms of information, infrastructure, discussion, connection and agreement between the two sides on some areas that Yen Bai province calling for investment. At the same time, Yen Bai province and Korean enterprises will organize investment promotion.

Currently, there are 23 FDI projects in Yen Bai province, including 5 projects of Korean investors with a total investment of over 5,500 billion VND.
