Mr. Do Duc Duy - Chairman of the provincial People's Committee together with the delegation of Yen Bai province, paid a courtesy on Mr. Phongsasithavong.

Speaking at the reception, Mr. Phongsasithavong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Xaynhabuly province welcomed the delegation's visit to Laos and visited Xaynhabuly province. From the special relationship between the two parties, the two States, the cooperation between the two provinces have been enhanced, through the visit of the delegation of Yen Bai province.

On behalf of the Party, authorities and people of Xaynhabuly province, Mr. Phongsasithavong expressed his deep thanks to Yen Bai province for the special attention. He believed that after this visit two provinces will have long-term and durable cooperation programs. 

Mr. Phongsasithavong also introduced general overview of the socio-economic development of the province, international relations, especially cooperation with localities in Vietnam. Along with the delegation exchange Yen Bai province provided education, health and defense support for Xaynhabuly. He also desired to have comprehensive cooperation in the next years.

On the basis of the signed contents, the two provinces continue to promote businesses to invest in Xaynhabuly province. Xaynhabuly province is ready to welcome business of Yen Bai to invest here.

Speaking at the meeting, on behalf of the delegation of Yen Bai Province, Mr. Do Duc Duy expressed the joy with the warm reception Xaynhabuly Province; Mr. Do Duc Duy congratulated on the results that Xaynhabuly has achieved in recent years, especially in the field of economic development.

Mr. Do Duc Duy also introduced some achievements of Yen Bai province in the past. Chairman of Yen Bai People's Committee affirmed that Yen Bai always attached importance and gave priority on the development of relations with localities of Laos in general and Xaynhabuly province in particular to continuously strengthen the traditional friendship and special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation to enhance the cooperation between the two provinces to new level.

Chairman of Yen Bai People's Committee Do Duc Duy emphasized that the relationship between Yen Bai and Xaynhabuly inherited the good tradition between the two countries. This relationship increasingly developed that the special relationship between Vietnam and Laos.

Mr. Do Duc Duy also invited the Secretary, the provincial governor and the provincial delegation of Xaynhabuly to visit Yen Bai in the coming time.

On behalf of the leaders of Yen Bai province and the delegation, Chairman of Yen Bai People's Committee Do Duc Duy wishes the Party, Government and people of ethnic groups in Xaynhabuly increasingly consolidated, successfully implemented economic development targets.

On this occasion, the delegation of Yen Bai Province visited infrastructure which Yen Bai province helped to build in Xaynhabuly Provincial Hospital.
