"Flying over the pouring season"

Yen Bai province expects to organize activities to introduce cultural identity of Mong people in Yen Bai in 2 days (18 - 19/5/2019) at Ly Thai To monument, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ha Noi city. In which, the art performance of Mong ethnic culture will take place to introduce the traditional music performances by the artists and mass actors from Mu Cang Chai, Tram Tau and actors from Arts and Culture Center; Art photo exhibition with the theme " The culture color of Mong ethnic in Yen Bai" with 120 beautiful photos introducing beauty spots and traditional cultural values ​​of Mong ethnic people in Yen Bai province; Recreating the countryside market space with 07 stalls set up in the architectural style simulating traditional Mong ethnic houses, displaying and selling typical local products including: Suoi Giang tea, Luc Yen precious stones, Van Yen cinamon, cuisine of Thai ethnic in Muong Lo, typical products of Mong ethnic in Tram Tau and Mu Cang Chai districts; performing weaving of linen products and making Khen Mong; organizing exchanges with visitors through the folk games of Mong people such as spinning, pounding, launching ...

From May 25 to May 26, the province also organizes the tourist activities of the water season in 2019 with the contents of the opening of the Paragliding Festival "Flying over the pouring season" (in the morning of May 25, 2019); organizing a booth to display and sell local products such as: Khèn Mong, honey, La Pan Tan paddy wine, Pung Luong tea, introducing books and travel publications; organizing the Khen dance Festival, scarf dance and community tourism activities.

The province also focuses on preparing facilities for exploiting adventure tourism products at Ta Xua peak in Ban Cong commune, Tram Tau district.
