Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a speech at the meeting

At the meeting, the leader of the Department of Planning and Investment informed the enterprises, cooperatives about preferential policies of the Central and the province today to support businesses, investors; major projects of investors have been implemented in Yen Bai province. In the first 5 months of 2019, the province has attracted and issued a new investment policy for 20 projects with a total registered capital of over VND 10,000 billion, bringing the total number of projects in the province to 482 projects with total registered capital about VND 70,800 billion and USD 434.4 million.

With the focus on drastically improving the investment and business environment, encouraging creativity, starting a business, in the first 5 months of 2019, the whole province had 92 newly registered enterprises, reaching 34.7% of the plan in 2019, increasing the total number of enterprises in the province to over 2,000 enterprises with a total registered capital of over VND 25 trillion; 34 newly established cooperatives, reaching 56.7% of the year plan and 384 newly established cooperative groups, reaching 17.5% of the yearly plan.

In an intimate and open atmosphere, business representatives frankly suggested departments, agencies, to be interested in consulting and supporting the implementation of the project of solid waste treatment and environmental protection project in Dong Quyt village, Bao Hung communes,Tran Yen district; removing difficulties for cinnamon oil processing and manufacturing industry such as accessing the foreign market; supporting investment in processing and production lines, loan and issues related to land use rights, extension of land lease contracts; the cooperatives proposed to be supported on premises, factories, capital for investment in high-tech production ...

Leader of Department of Natural Resources and Environment made clear the recommendations of enterprises related to land

At the meeting, leaders of related departments and agencies directly responded to difficulties of enterprises. Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang - Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee also informed and clarified issues that businesses and cooperatives care about. He proposed that for the contents under the jurisdiction of the province, departments and agencies should absorb and promptly solve difficulties for enterprises in the shortest time. The contents under the authority of the Central, the ministries, the provincial People's Committee will have recommendations to promptly remove the enterprises.
