After many years of development, Yen Bai has formed a number of areas of agricultural and forestry materials such as: forest area of over 290 thousand hectares, cassava area of nearly 15 thousand hectares, tea area of over 9.500 hectares, cinnamon area of nearly 70 thousand hectares ... Along with that, Yen Bai has developed areas which plant speciality trees such as Dai Minh grapefruit, Van Chan orange, Tu Le sticky rice, Muong Lo rice and Suoi Giang traditional tea. Currently, Yen Bai has attracted many large domestic and foreign investors such as VinGroup, Hoa Sen Group, investors from Korea, Japan, India and China. Vice Chairman of Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Chien Thang hoped that through this program, Chinese enterprises would seek more investment opportunities in Yen Bai province. Yen Bai is willing to cooperate with businesses that come to Yen Bai to enrich the province as well as to help the sustainable development of businesses.
Mr. Lang Tinh Cuong - President of China Export Association - Southeast Asia (Bang Tuong, Quang Tay province) and representatives of Chinese enterprises expressed their sincere thanks to Yen Bai province for warm reception and help the delegation seek investment opportunities in Yen Bai, thereby helping Chinese enterprises get basic information about the agricultural and forestry products of Yen Bai province such as cassava, tea, cardamom, oranges, medicinal herbs, essential oils, cinnamon, noodles. Simultaneously, after this program, enterprises in Guangxi (China) and Yen Bai continue to share experiences in production and business, connecting trade and establishing cooperative relationships and being long-term partners in consumption of products between local businesses.
At this program, Guangxi enterprises (China) and enterprises, cooperatives in Yen Bai province signed 7 memorandums of understanding on supplying and consumpting agricultural and forestry products.
