Attending the Program were Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of relevant departments, agencies, People's Committees of some districts and cities in the province and over 150 enterprises, Cooperatives, production and business establishments in the province.

The new point of the Entrepreneur Coffee Program in July was the first time with the participation of experts to communicate, exchange information on issues that businesses and cooperatives care about. Here, the expert Nguyen Thi Cuc, former Deputy Director General of the General Department of Taxation, Chairman of Vietnam Tax Consulting Association conveyed the contents: Vietnamese enterprises - the country's economic development motivation, continued improve competitiveness; the basic contents of tax policy reform in 2019; new content of the Law on Tax Administration; organization of business services of tax procedures, customs procedures; the concept of electronic invoices, principles of creating, managing and using electronic invoices; note about VAT declaration; note about corporate income tax; information on current tax policies, common problems and errors of enterprises and cooperatives when implementing tax laws and tax policies.

At the program, the enterprises and cooperatives had comments and recommendations on a number of contents related to the implementation of tax-related policies and obligations; tax administration, increasing information technology application to support enterprises to implement tax procedures. Some businesses have asked for the responsibility of the taxation  to help enterprises fulfill their tax payment obligations to the state; those who are entitled to reduction of personal income tax, family deduction; issues of money for granting mining rights, depositing for environmental recovery ... Comments and recommendations of enterprises and entrepreneurs were received and answered by the expert Nguyen Thi Cuc, leaders of provincial People's Committees and departments.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Tax is an important issue in the production and business activities of enterprises. Therefore, through the meeting, it was timely to solve difficulties and obstacles for enterprises and cooperatives in the field of taxation, and at the same time help the authorities and promptly adjust and correct the shortcomings that enterprises and cooperatives are facing in the process of implementing tax policies. With the sharing of experts at this Program, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee believed that businesses will have useful information to serve their business. Yen Bai province always accompanies enterprises and creates a favorable and fair business environment for sustainable development.
