The performances trailed from Dien Bien road to the stage area of ​​the Nghia Lo Stadium. Next is the unique art performance with the theme "Quintessence from the legend" elaborately choreographed combining the creativity of artists and 3D mapping technology on the LED screen. The show is full of ethnic culture in the Northwest provinces with the participation of famous singers such as Tung Duong, My Lam and Thu Hang; Olus, PB Nation groups; Vietnam Music and Dance Theater, Chau Hong Ha Artistic Delegation (Yunnan - China) ... The art performance at the Festival consisted of 3 chapters. The most special and impressive in "Quintessence from legend" is Chapter 3 with the theme: "Thai xoe dance - Quintessence of the Nation". This is the performance of Thai Xoe dance - a spiritual symbol with unique folklore values, showing the vigorous vitality and solidarity of the Northwest ethnic community, attracting the participation of 5,000 artisans and mass actors from Nghia Lo Town and Van Chan District.

Many delegates and people, domestic and foreign tourists held hands together and joined in the endless circle to connect, preserve and transmit the noble spirit of fire of Thai ethnicity in particular and the community of Northwestern ethnic groups in general.
