Accordingly, the plan focuses on specific missions:

Firstly, update adequately and timely legal data for serving the approach of information from the enterprises. Regularly upload and update Legal Documents of The State relating to the enterprises’ activities and relevant documents on request for investment, business and administrative procedures on Portal of the Province, Websites of Departments and District People’s Committees.  

Secondly, compile introduction documents on the Legal Documents and disseminate to the enterprises by: freely distributing Question and Answer Documents on legal, outline of legal documents introduction…

Thirdly, improve new business laws knowledge for the enterprises; improve technical skills, knowledge of the laws for staffs being in charge of legal assistance to the enterprises and legal officers of the enterprises.

Fourthly, answer the enterprises on laws. Based on the enterprises’ requests, Departments, representative agency of the enterprises, District, Town, City Peoples’ Committees regularly provide the answer on the laws. In which, give priorities to answer through websites.

Fifthly, receive petitions from the enterprises relating to regulations which need to be amended, supplemented or promulgated new ones.

Sixthly, build and implement Legal assistance program to enterprises (the program). For the province scope, implement regularly the program by: delivering survey papers, do surveys on actual demand of legal assistance of the enterprises on taxes, land, investment, business. Coordinate to inter-department legal assistance program approved by Prime Minister. Meanwhile, encourage representative agencies of enterprises, Provincial Bar Association, Provincial Lawyer Association and organizarions and individuals who have functions of provision of legal service to take part in the legal assistance to the enterprises.

The implementation plan requires to simulate the contents, forms and methods as stated in Decree No. 66/2008/NĐ-CP dated 28/5/2008 of the Government on legal assistance for enterprises, facilitate the enterprises to timely catch new legal documents and implementation, compliance to the laws. Insert and combine the legal assistance for enterprises and implementation of other programs, projects relating to the enterprise locating in the area of province. Strengthen the coordination between the State Organizations, between the State Organizations and reprehensive agencies of the enterprises in organizing the legal assistance,

To obtain achievements from the implementation of the Legal Assistance Plan for Enterprises in period 2016 – 2020, PPC assigns to Department of Justice as clue of the legal assistance  for enterprises. Implement actively this Plan as assigned, ensure progress, quality and effectiveness as scheduled.

Provincial Television, Yen Bai Paper takes initial to coordinate to Department of Justice, Departments in studying, building special subjects about legal dissemination and assistance for enterprises. Regularly inform, disseminate Decree No. 66/2008/NĐ-CP of the Government and this Plan to enterprises and people in the province.

The provincial departments and relevant agencies: Receive and answer the questions, petitions of enterprises within their responsibilities in accordance with Article 10 Decree No. 66/2008/NĐ-CP of the Government.
