Yen Bai delegation gave present for Japan delegation.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang – Vice Chairman of Yen Bai PPC shared the common points between Yen Bai and Kumamo, especially in agriculture field. Therefore, Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang wanted two provinces to have many cooperation activities for developing economy, exchanging human resource and other investment activities that bringing benefits basing on potential and advantages of ech side. Mr. Thang also invited the Deputy Governor of Kumamoto Province and his partners to visit Yen Bai soon.

In the evening of that day, the delegation of Yen Bai province attended the Conference "Connecting local/business cooperation in Vietnam - Kyusu region, Japan". It’s an important activities in Vietnammese Local Promote Programme in Japan in 2019 held by Minister of Foreign Affair. Having speech at the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang – Vice Chairman of Yen Bai Provincial People’s Committee introduced some potentials and strengths of Yen Bai province such as: rich natural resources, diversified agricultural products, young and abundant human resources, advantages of developing resort tourism.

On this occasion, Department of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam and the Japan Vocational Training Association (ZENKEI) held a signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in training management skills, connecting skills with other essential skills for provincial leaders and officials working in the field of foreign affairs, vocational training, business administration, as well as organizing tests of Japanese business skills in Vietnam.
