At the meeting, Mr. Ta Van Long confirmed that with the previous visit of Mr. Som Lit Puoc  Keo - Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial Council Xay Nha Bu Ly Nha, the visit led by Si Su Phoy KONG SA NIT – Director of Foreign Afairs help to tighten relations between the two countries Vietnam – Laos and the special relationship between the two provinces Yen Bai – Xay Nha Bu Ly.

Mr. Ta Van Long stressed that recent years the cooperation program between the two provinces has brought possitive efficiencies which helps to boost the development in socioeconomies in two provinces and helps strengthen the relations between two countries and two provinces. Particularly, from 2012 to now, two provinces have made 20 visit exchanges in various fields such as education - training, culture, natural resources - environmental, health ....

Mr. Ta Van Long also wanted two provinces to continue to efficiently implement cooperation to strengthen relations between the two countries two provinces. He hoped in this visit enterprises of the two sides would spend much time to exchange and share the experiences in bussiness.

On behalf of Xay Nha Bu Ly delegation, Mr. Si Su Phoy KONG SA NIT expressed his thank to the warmly welcome of Yen Bai province’s leaders. Mr. Si Su Phoy KONG SA NIT highly appropriated the help of Yen Bai province to Xay Nha Bu Ly province recent times. He wanted in the future two provinces in general and two Department of Foreign Affairs of the two provinces in particular continue to implement effectively programs cooperation, contributing to build the stronger relationship between the two countries and  two provinces.
