At the meeting, the city's leaders quickly informed the socio-economic development situation, attracting investment of the city in the first 6 months of 2022. With the motto "Accompanying businesses, acting for enterprises”, in the first 6 months of the year, the city welcomed and worked with 7 groups of corporations and businesses wishing to invest in the city to conduct field surveys, research the market to determine investment needs. There are a total of 22 investment promotion enterprises, registered to invest in projects in the city.

The city also proactively grasped and removed difficulties and obstacles, removed barriers in many forms, and thoroughly resolved the recommendations of businesses; supported businesses and investors to access the market, update information on socio-economic development policies, investment incentive policies; created favorable conditions for investment procedures, investment mechanisms and policies, compensation for site clearance; applied the information technology in management, commercial business, services, development of e-commerce; promoted the form of electronic payment, without using cash; improved the quality and ability to provide support services, vocational training, and support enterprises to recruit workers; simplified procedures related to land, investment and construction; prepared well the conditions for holding the Investment Promotion Conference in 2022; focused on attracting potential investors, using advanced and modern technology.
