Currently, Seibu Nousan Vietnam Co. Ltd has been implementing a project of complex agricultural production, good and high-quality rice production, fresh vegetables and meat production on 7,4ha area at Dong Cuong seed Camp in Van Yen district with a total investment capital of 4 billion.
At the working session, Yen Bai province and Seibu Kaihatsu Nousan company discussed to get a common target of establishing a joint venture company between Dong Cuong Seed Camp Dong Cuong and Seibu Nousan Vietnam Co. Ltd to implement the project of the agricultural hi-tech production in Yen Bai province. However, after discussing the two sides proposed to implement the project in the form of production and business links with the capital contribution ratio of Yen Bai (51%), the Seibu Nousan Co. Ltd (49%) . People’s committee will appraise and approve the project. The entire technical, operatation and price will be undertaken by the company. The annual profit will be propated the capital contribution, or the two sides negotiate, but it’s necessary to guarantee income for the people in local.
Yen Bai Province will facilitate the company in legal procedures, land rent so that the company continues to implement the project.
