The work of site clearance is also difficult because the compensation level is still low compared to the market price, in some special cases there is no support policy, compensation when implementing land recovery, the application of support policies. Remove difficulties and speed up progress

The resettlement area under the integrated development subproject of dynamic urban centers in Yen Bai city has been delayed by 2 months, while the completed volume is estimated at 60% of the plan.

In order to speed up the progress of key works and projects, Yen Bai province has directed the investor units to closely coordinate with localities to periodically check, carefully review and develop detailed scenarios to solve problems. The budget is suitable to the construction schedule for each project or work, ensuring the quick completion of each item and the quality of the work as planned.

Local authorities are responsible for site clearance, the investor follows the direction of tidying up each part, appraising, approving, and paying the cost to go there. immediately carry out construction there, giving priority to site clearance for construction and resettlement to serve investment projects.

The investor strengthens inspection, supervision, and urges contractors to speed up the construction progress, ensuring compliance with commitments with the investor; resolutely handle in accordance with law against contractors who violate the signed contract terms; adjust, replace contractors or supplement subcontractors for contractors who do not meet the required capacity.
