YBP- Son tra trees have been planted in moutainous areas in some communes in Tram Tau (such as in Xa Ho, Ban Mu, Ban Cong communes) which are foggy all year. Son tra trees blossom in spring and son tra fruits are picked up in autumn.

Every year, in September and October, son tra fruits ripe. People produce wines, soft dinks, syrup and jams from son tra fruits.
Snow Shan tea trees were planted in the height of 900-1500m above sea level with high humidity, foggy and temperate climate. Snow Shan tea trees develop naturally and distill the essence of earth and sky to create a delicious and rare tea. Tram Tau has 150 ha of Snow Shan tea trees with hundreds years old, concerned mainly in Ta Chu and Chi Lu (Phinh Ho).
During the processing time, snow Shan tea has fragrant flavor, smell of tea leaves, tea buds which is cooked by the heat of the cast iron pan with wood fire, tea resin has seductive scent and it is has good tea water and flavor of mountain and forest tea is still saved forever on the tip of the tounge.
Tram Tau has little bamboo shoots with size of finger which grow in rocky slopes. In autumn, Mong people collect bamboo shoots to mix with chilli and salt. Tasting the delicious spicy bamboo shoots, people will never forget.
