The event takes place at 23/9 park, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City with 8 booths to introduce and promote with more than 100 tourism and culture products, safe agricultural products, typical products of 8 Northwest provinces, including: Hoa Binh, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Phu Tho, Son La, Lai Chau, Dien Bien, and Bac Can. The products are displayed elaborately and uniquely by the provinces, showing the unique characteristics of each locality in each stall.

At the exhibition booth of OCOP products of Yen Bai province, Ho Chi Minh City people and visitors will be introduced about agricultural and aquatic products, specialty OCOP products of Yen Bai province, such as: Tu Le sticky rice, Suoi Giang ancient Shan Tuyet tea, Van Yen cinnamon, dried bamboo shoots, vermicelli, wood ear, shiitake, Son Thinh Tao meo tea, products from Thac Ba lake fish... So far, Yen Bai province has had nearly 200 OCOP products; over 4,680 featured products, including 155 OCOP products and over 4,500 other products posted on the Voso.vn and Postmart.vn e-commerce platforms, with over 7,100 orders, bringing in a revenue of nearly VND1.2 billion.

Through the exhibition and introduction of OCOP products of Yen Bai province in Ho Chi Minh City and 8 expanded Northwest provinces to support and create favorable conditions for businesses, cooperatives and business households in the province, it is possible to promote and introduce potential products and OCOP products to a large number of people in Ho Chi Minh City, tourists and domestic and foreign consumers, contributing to promoting production, business, and consumption.
