YBP - To mark the Great President’s 133rd birth anniversary (May 19, 1890- 2023), a delegation of leaders of Yen Bai province led by Mr. Do Duc Duy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation offered flowers and incense in front of Uncle Ho's heroic spirit at the National Historic Site of Yen Bai City Stadium.
