Being well aware of the importance of tourism development, over the past time, the Party committees and authorities of Yen Binh district have had specific and practical activities in tourism development, such as mobilizing resources to invest in tourism development, promptly removing difficulties for tourism activities, etc. In which, the district has focused on attracting investment in tourism infrastructure development, implementing mechanisms and policies to promote tourism development; expanding, developing and diversifying typical and suitable tourism products and types to the potentials in tourism areas; maintaining intra-district, intra-provincial and inter-provincial tours to ensure richness, diversity; focusing on conserving, preserving and promoting the cultural identity of the nation and other tourism resources... People have become more conscious in tourism activities and in contact with tourists. Tourism environment and social safety are guaranteed.

Up to now, the whole district has 9 establishments, companies and enterprises doing business in the field of tourism, 58 accommodation establishments, most of which are being exploited according to the model of community tourism and eco-garden tourism experience. The locality has also established 37 cultural and folk art clubs...

With the goal of gradually building Yen Binh district as a specific destination with the brand name of "a safe, friendly, unique, attractive and impressive destination", in the coming time, Yen Binh district will continue to research to develop tourism with the solution "based on potential advantages to build new tourism products towards sustainable and long-term development"; innovate the method of organizing tourism activities of the district in depth, in the direction of connecting tours and routes in order to attract and retain domestic and international tourists; promote the building of the district's distinctive tourism brand.

At the Conference, the delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the results achieved in the tourism development of Yen Binh district; proposed plans to develop typical tourism products of the district in the coming time.

On this occasion, Yen Binh District People's Committee announced the Ruby eco-tourist site belonging to Thac Ba Lake Tourism and Trading Joint Stock Company; launched Thac Ba Lake Water Sports Club; signed cooperation agreement in the field of tourism between the People's Committees of communes, towns, Yen Binh Tourism Association and companies and enterprises inside and outside the province.
