Implementing the policy of the Provincial Party Committee and the provincial People's Committee to agree to TH Daisy Foods Joint Stock Company (TH True Milk Group) to survey, study and set up investment projects in Yen Bai province, Van Yen district has set up a Steering Committee and a working group to assist the district Steering Committee to carry out investment projects on clean and organic farming using high technology of TH Dairy Foods Joint Stock Company.

The district Steering Committee has assigned tasks to all members, implementing the steps during the implementation of the investment project of TH Dairy Foods Joint Stock Company.

Members of the Steering Committee and the working group during the implementation of the  steps of the project will ensure the leadership of the Party Committees at all levels, the State management and administration, the interests of enterprises and people, orientation and planning the economic development of the district with each locality.

The Party Committee and the authorities of An Thinh and Dai Phac communes in addition to the accumulation of 100 ha of land in the immediate area to sign contracts with the project investment enterprises must perform well the propaganda and dissemination of investment policy so that people can clearly see their rights and benefits through the lease of land, thereby creating a high consensus among the people.

The implementation of investment projects of TH Dairy Foods Joint Stock Company affirmed the consistent policy and high political determination of the party committees and local authorities to promote the restructuring of agricultural production in the direction of goods, sustainable development, to implement the policy of restructuring the agriculture sector of Yen Bai province, to develop the local economy in accordance with the resolution targets of  Party congresses at all levels.
